Fostering excellence in
nature conservation
Through open sharing of information, the CCEA aims to foster networking, partnering and excellence in the management of our protected areas.
In celebration of its 40th Anniversary the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council on Ecological Areas/Conseil Canadien Des Aires Écologiques (CCEA/CCAE) extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to partners, supporters and other contributors and associates who helped to establish CCEA and have supported CCEA and it´s work since 1982. Only through these generous contributions of financial and in-kind support has CCEA been able to work effectively for the collective good in seeking to advance it´s widely shared mission to establish a comprehensive nationwide network of protected ecological areas.
